• Contact Data: email address
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information
• Usage Data: how you interact with the platform, tools used, generations made
• Content Data: all content you generate using our tools, including biographies, press releases, lyrics, pitch emails, cover art, split sheets, release checklists, social media posts, DSP bios, EPKs, and smart music links
• Payment Data: billing records and transaction references (payment card details are handled directly by Paystack and never stored by us)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide and operate our tools and services
• Process your subscription payments
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing)
• Respond to support and contact requests
• Improve the platform and develop new features
• Send product updates and newsletters (you can unsubscribe at any time)

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services that may process your data as part of delivering our platform:

• Paystack: payment processing and subscription billing
• AI language model provider: processes your text inputs to generate written content (bios, press releases, lyrics, pitch emails, and similar outputs)
• AI image generation provider: processes your prompts and inputs to generate cover art
• Cloud media storage provider: stores and delivers images such as cover art, EPK banners, and profile avatars

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Access to personal data is restricted to personnel with a legitimate need. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
