1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ArtistePilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your Content & Commercial Rights

You own the content you generate using ArtistePilot. This includes biographies, press releases, lyrics, pitch emails, social media posts, cover art, split sheets, release checklists, and any other outputs produced through our tools.

You may use your generated content for any personal or commercial purpose, including releasing music, pitching to labels and curators, publishing on streaming platforms, and building your music career. No additional licence or permission from us is required.

This grant covers your content only. It does not transfer ownership of the ArtistePilot platform, its codebase, design, or underlying systems.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand.

• All fees are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦)
• Payments are processed securely through Paystack
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of your current billing period
• Unused generations do not roll over to the next billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use ArtistePilot to:

• Generate content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Produce content that is defamatory, harassing, or illegal
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload or introduce malicious code or viruses
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract platform content through automated means
• Resell or redistribute access to ArtistePilot's tools or API
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or its underlying systems

6. AI-Generated Content

ArtistePilot uses AI models to generate content based on your inputs. While we aim for high-quality outputs, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, original, or fit for every purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

We recommend verifying any factual claims in generated content, particularly in press releases and biographies, before distribution.

7. Intellectual Property

The ArtistePilot platform, including its design, codebase, branding, and features, is owned by ArtistePilot and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to the platform itself beyond the right to use it as intended.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Content you have already generated and saved remains yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtistePilot and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform or any content generated through it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
